Source authority
VoteHub, original poll sources, official Federal Election Commission records, and official Congress.gov records remain authoritative. Data can be delayed, amended, corrected, or incomplete. Follow the displayed source links before relying on a record.
No affiliation or endorsement
Politically.com is not affiliated with any political party, candidate, committee, polling organization, VoteHub, the Federal Election Commission, or the United States Congress. Displaying a record is not an endorsement.
Permitted use
Use the site lawfully and respect applicable source licenses and provider terms. VoteHub polling data is attributed under CC BY 4.0. Do not use the service to evade provider limits, interfere with operation, or misrepresent cached data as a Politically.com forecast or polling average.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Upstream providers, reporting schedules, amendments, and maintenance can affect freshness. A stale label identifies an older successful cache, not a claim about the provider's health.
